(1) If the concerned department deems it necessary to register a private firm while examining the application as per rule 3, the concerned department shall mention the name of such private firm to the registrar of the department and give the firm registration certificate to the applicant in the format as per schedule-2. After the registration of the firm, other than those mentioned in sub-rule (1) of rule 3, the details related to the registration of the private firm shall be sent to the relevant ministry of the respective province within seven days from the date of registration of such firm.

(2) The authority to register a registered firm may be delegated to an office or officer to the extent prescribed by the relevant department for firm registration.
(3) The concerned department may prescribe the necessary standards for private firms based on the purpose and business of the firm.
